The John English Leadership Team is made up of grade 8 students who display good leadership qualities.  They are chosen from the grade seven classes every June to be on the leadership team in their grade 8 year.

These students usually have a training day or weekend to prepare them for their various duties for the year.  They are responsible for running the intramural program for the entire school.  They organize Quality Daily Physical Education (QDPE) programs throughout the year.  They work in close relations with the Student Council to organize many extra-curricular activities and school events.
